Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the ProGig platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent termination at our sole discretion.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, post, or transmit any content through the Platform that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party.
- Contains sexually explicit material or promotes violence.
- Promotes discrimination, hatred, or intolerance based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information, including fake reviews, fabricated credentials, or fraudulent business profiles.
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful software or code.
- Includes personal information of others without their explicit consent (e.g., phone numbers, addresses, financial information).
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not engage in the following activities on the Platform:
Spam & Unsolicited Communications
- Sending bulk unsolicited messages to other users.
- Posting repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content not related to legitimate Platform use.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Platform restrictions or limits.
Scraping & Automated Access
- Using bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated tools to access, collect, or extract data from the Platform without our express written permission.
- Accessing the Platform's API beyond authorized rate limits or for unauthorized purposes.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform.
Abuse & Harassment
- Harassing, bullying, intimidating, or threatening other users.
- Stalking or following another user's activity in a manner that causes discomfort.
- Attempting to manipulate reviews, ratings, or search results.
- Engaging in any form of price manipulation, bid rigging, or market abuse.
Impersonation & Fraud
- Impersonating another person, user, or organization.
- Creating fraudulent accounts or profiles.
- Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, experience, or affiliation.
- Using the Platform to conduct fraudulent transactions or schemes.
System Interference
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, servers, or databases.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's infrastructure or other users' access.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without authorization.
- Circumventing any access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
3. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- Warning: a written notice describing the violation and required corrective action.
- Content removal: removal of any content that violates this Policy without prior notice.
- Temporary suspension: temporary restriction of your access to some or all Platform features.
- Permanent termination: permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Legal action: reporting to law enforcement authorities and/or pursuing legal remedies if warranted.
The severity of the consequence will depend on the nature and severity of the violation, any prior violations, and the impact on other users and the Platform.
4. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Policy, please report it to us immediately. You can report violations by:

When reporting a violation, please include as much detail as possible, including the user or content in question, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, links). All reports are reviewed confidentially.
We will not retaliate against users who report violations in good faith. Knowingly submitting false or frivolous reports may itself constitute a violation of this Policy.
5. Updates to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated via email or in-app notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
